Technology Resourcer – £23k – Manchester City Centre
My client has one of the most prominent tech recruitment brands on the market, if you’re recruiting within technology then you’ve heard of this business. As a company they’re winning more account led business, leading companies on the hunt for technology talent, as a result of this success they’re looking for resourcers to deliver against these accounts.
Initially the role will be purely delivery based, given the workload on the team at the moment you’ll hit the ground running working on a variety of assignments within technology:
- Software Development
- Front End
- Cloud Services
You’ll be building and networking around talent pools of niche candidates, using social media to generate engagement for both the brand and your personal brand. You’ll be comfortable attending events and meeting candidates to build long lasting relationships with hard to reach candidates. You’ll be targeted to 2 deals per month across 4 main accounts.
You’ll be looking for a resourcing / delivery role, eventually there will be more client facing activity, but for now this is a delivery function, given the volume of work – you’ll be hitting the ground running.
You’ll come from a technology background, with experience working in niche skill sets from across the Software Development Lifecycle. You’ll be experienced in building and networking around talent pools. You’ll be used to exploring different social media channels to engage with candidates and focussed on building your network through meeting candidates and attending events.
Having seen the scrum boards I can tell that there is a relaxed and bespoke style of management, no blanket KPI’s here. You’ll be encouraged to share your individual priorities with the team, your targets and key roles that you’re working in on in order to collaboratively solve problems and share information. It’s a tight knit team, the office was busy, with everyone cracking on.
This business looks and feel like a digital agency rather than a recruitment business. Think dress down, pool tables, beers in the fridge, kitchen area and modern.
